HOW WE ARE DEALING WITH COVID-19

At Privé Alliance, we recognize the important role our communities play in everyone’s lives. The health and well-being of our valued customers, staff and partners are always our priority, and as we navigate the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation together, we want to share with you the extra precautions we’re taking at Privé Alliance. Our North America warehouse is up and running at this time. We have taken additional precautions, such as keeping facilities extra clean, drastically limiting personnel and educating the staff on how to stay safe and healthy. In the event that the warehouse is affected and unable to ship outgoing packages, we will be sure to let everyone know as quickly as possible.

Our Asia distribution centre will be shut down in compliance with the Republic Act No. 11332, following the sharp increase in the confirmed COVID-19 cases throughout the country. Operations will immediately resume on April 15 after the government-imposed community quarantine on Manila has been lifted.

Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and measures imposed by governments around the world, there are currently unavoidable service impacts on outbound shipments. We ask for your patience and to anticipate delays on all shipping methods. Due to the dynamic nature of the situation, we are unable to provide an estimate of the severity of the delay.
